2. Sizing by shoe style
Most shoes styles fit as normal standard size, with the following exceptions :
Lucy : fits slightly narrow. Not recommended for extra wide feet.
Elsa : since it is flat across the toe, it can feel a bit short. If you are an exact size (e.g. as opposed to slightly smaller than a regular size) it is recommended you order a half Euro size bigger than your regular size.
Lindsay and Manda (3" heels only) : these come up large. Your order will automatically be adjusted, so please input your normal size onto the order form.
 
3. How to ensure you order the correct size
Pick your approximate size on the order form and then in the Additional Customization Requests section of the order form, indicate whether :
  • you need extra wide shoes - please input your foot width.
  • you need a different sized shoe per foot - please input your individual foot measurements.
  • you are unsure of your size - please input your foot measurements.

      How to measure your feet : You will need a tape measure.
    Step 1) Place your foot on a sheet of paper and trace around it. Measure the length from your heel to your longest toe. This is your foot length.
    Step 2) With the tape measure, measure a full circumference around the ball of your foot. This is normally the widest part of your foot. This is your foot width.
    Step 3) Input these measurements (for each foot) into the Additional Customization Requests box. Please ensure you indicate whether you are using inches or centimeters.
