Unfortunately, as the shoes are made to your specifications, there is no return or exchange allowed.

In the event of faulty goods, we will allow a return. Please drop us an email and send the shoes back to us within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Please read our sizing chart carefully, as some shoe styles come up slightly larger than standard.
