1. What are your shoes made of?
- Beau Peep Boutique shoes have leather soles and inner lining, with your choice of upper material.
2. How long does it take to get my shoes?
- It takes approximately 4-6 weeks for your shoes to be made, plus shipping time (3-14 working days, depending on chosen method of delivery). If you need to place a rush order for your shoes, please email us at enquiries@beaupeepboutique.com and we will let you know whether it is possible. Please note that a surcharge applies for rush orders.
3. What is your Return and Exchange policy?
- Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the shoes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Returns are only available in the event of faulty goods.
4. How do I ensure I order the right size?
- Some shoes fit differently than others. For instructions on choosing the correct size, please check out the Size Chart page.
5. Do you make shoes extra wide?
- Yes, we can make shoes extra wide. You can specify this request in the Additional Customization Requests box at the end of the order form. For instructions on measuring your feet, please check out the Size Chart page.
6. What if my feet are different sizes?
- You can order the shoes in different sizes. You can specify this request in the Additional Customization Requests box at the end of the order form. For instructions on measuring your feet, please check out the Size Chart page.
7. What if I like a style from the Idea Gallery, but can't seem to find it on the order form?
- Fill out the form choosing any colour and style, but input your exact request into the Additional Customization Requests box at the end of the order form. Requests in this box will override previous selections.
8. What if I have an idea for my shoes that I don't see on your site?
9. Can you make shoes to match the fabric of my outfit?
- Yes, we can make shoes from fabric you send in. You will need to send us material approximately the size of an A2 sheet of paper (e.g. 16"x24"), which is about the size of a standard newspaper. Please email us requesting this prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot dye fabric/leather to match.
10. Can I make the toe lower or higher (e.g. can you make the shoe so that I can shoe more or less toe cleavage?)
- Yes, in the Additional Customization Requests box at the end of the order form, just specify whether you want the toe portion of the shoe lower or higher. Lower will be 1/4" lower than standard and higher will be 1/4" higher than standard.

12. Where do you ship to and what is the cost?
- We ship internationally. Shipping costs depend on method chosen (Airmail vs. Speedpost). Please refer to the shipping rates table.
13. Do I need to pay tax and customs?
- Yes, you are responsible for paying any taxes and customs applicable in your country. Beau Peep Boutique does not charge tax or customs duty.
14. What payment options are available?
- Payment is made via a secure PayPal site. Payment can be made using credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal account. Beau Peep Boutique does not keep any of your financial information.
15. Are Shoe Parties only available in Hong Kong?
- At the moment, Shoe Parties are available only in the Hong Kong area. We will post updates on the site as Shoe Parties in more areas become available.
